Diamana White Board
FOR THE PLAYER WHO REQUIRES THE EXTREME STABILITY PROVIDED BY A LOW TORQUE STIFF TIP AND MID SECTION SHAFT
Diamana White Board features a stiff tip and mid-section, combined with a softer butt-section. This stiff tip and mid-section design delivers extreme stability through impact and reduced spin, while the softer butt section provides ultimate feel. White Board players are looking to maximize the low torque, low spin characteristic of this profile.
Building on the success of multiple PGA Tour Victories (with a victory at the 2007 Mercedes Championship) with its Diamana series, MRC Composite Products has released another premium shaft offering called Diamana White Board. With extreme stability at impact (perfect for the new high MOI heads), reduced spin, and increased feel during loading, the White Board represents the third flex profile in a series designed to meet the performance needs of top players with different swing types and requirements. White Board's design allows players to load the shaft while maximizing tip stability and eliminating harshness, which can be associated with stiff tip shafts.
The uncompromising Diamana design and manufacturing process utilizes more than 20 unique types of prepreg made at Mitsubishi Rayon in Japan. Complex plies, multiple patents, world-leading expertise, and special low-resin content materials all contribute to Diamana's extraordinary performance characteristics and overall excellence.
Diamana White Board launches a ball slightly higher than the Blueboard but it produces a lower ball spin rate. Mitsubishi designed the shaft to allow you to use the Whiteboard in a higher lofted club head but not be penalized with additional spin rates that are common with the higher lofted club models. White has stiff tip, low torque, stiff mid section but softer butt section for feel.
