Alpha V5 HI-COR Fairway Wood Head
Innovation in its purest form defines the Alpha V5 HI-COR fairway woods. Built of a superior Beta titanium construction, these fairway woods provide the highest COR possible along with control and power, resulting in exceptional feel. The V5 HI-COR fairway woods are available in a high-polished black gloss finish (shown) or a satin mirror finish.

- Optimum center of gravity location for higher launch and optimum spin condition resulting in incredibly controllable soft landing shots
- Carefully crafted wide body construction allows for easier airborne launches, low backspin, and straighter and longer shots

A Vero Beach, Fl golfer with 6 years on the PGA Tour and a Venezuela Open victory under his belt, chose a very peculiar fairway wood this past weekend at the Champions Tour. The world’s first all-Titanium Beta face fairway wood was used to capture 9th place in the Champions Tour Dick’s Sporting Goods Open.
Alpha Golf, famous for its 6 ReMax World Long Drive Titles, created the V5 Hi-COR Fairway Wood. With an all-Titanium head and a Beta-Ti face with TiCN coating, the V5 Hi-COR caught the attention of Tour players who replaced their steel fairway woods.
"The Champions Tour has proven the concept" says Dr. Jim Yeh, President and Founder of Alpha Golf. "An all-titanium Beta-Ti fairway wood is the best club for distance. This top-10 finish is a watershed moment in fairway wood design, proving that titanium is better than steel. You can expect other club makers to release all-titanium fairways soon, and more Tour players switching over.”
