Company Policies

Terms: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Pay Pal (email payments to info@mmgolf.com), and COD(money orders or cashiers check only)

Prices: Prices subject to change without notice. Prices in effect at time of order will apply.

Warranty: Components carry a warranty of one year from the original purchase date against manufacturer defects. Invoice of purchase is required for warranty evaluation. Negligence, abuse, misuse, alteration to equipment, and normal wear are not covered. Claim requires damaged merchandise to be returned. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items are not returnable due to normal wear.

Return Policy: Restocking of unused merchandise will result in the customer paying a 20% restocking fee. Used merchandise cannot be returned. Product kept over 15 days is not refundable. Shipping is not refundable.

Backorders: Any item placed on back order will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. Backorders are charged 1/2 regular shipping.

Minimum Order Charge: We have a $10 minimum order policy. Orders under $10 will not be shipped. Orders under $25 will be assessed a $5.00 handling fee.

Price Matching Guarantee - Items must be the exact same model.  Only stipulation is that the price for the comparable item must be advertised or otherwise published and easily verifiable by us. Models that that are not clearly the same are not covered under this guarantee.  We must be notifed of the lower price before or during the order.  We will not go back and match a price after the order has shipped.

Assembled Clubs: No return of assembled clubs is allowed. No Refunds, No Returns, No Exceptions.

Assembly Charges/Special Services

Reshafting - $15 plus cost of shaft

Shaft Removal from head - $15  

Spine Alignment - $5 per club.

Lie Adjustment - Available for irons only. $5.00 per club.

ASSEMBLED CLUB WARRANTY INFORMATION:

1. Any shaft broken 2 inches or more above the hosel will be classified as an abused club.

2. Any dents on the top, bottom or sides of club will be considered abuse. These new oversize/thin face heads are very thin in the body of the club to keep the weight down. Be careful, NOT to slam them against the ground, they will dent. Please use a headcover as heads will also dent from other clubs hitting them in the bag.

3. Clubs that has had repairs not made by M&M Golf, Inc. voids the warranty.

International Shipping

International Shipments are shipped via USPS or UPS.  Please call or email for exact shipping charges as out web site does not calculate International shipping correctly. 

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges for returned/damaged merchandise.

There is a $100 minimum order amount required for International shipments due to all the paper work that is involved to process these orders.
